Hi there! Thanks for stopping in. Today I found this floor plan via Pinterest, with no link back to original source so I'm not sure where it came from. I like the layout of this plan and thought I would share it here. The front facade would be something I'd need to think about due …
Hello there! Back today with another floor plan. Here's a 4 bedroom, with media room plus study and the laundry is in the garage! What do you think about that one? This is my husband's favourite. He has wanted the laundry in the garage for years and years. He says they are such a waste …
This plan is definitely suited to the large family. ME! Boys up the back and nowhere near me at night (Fortnite!) ;) Love it. We have a 3 car garage and don't think I could ever be without that now. It's so good for storage. The guest suite would be great if you had visitors …
I stumble across floor plans all the time then save them to share with you down the track. I wondered what you might all this of this one? It's pretty standard, but everything is placed quite well. It's big with 4 bedrooms, study, activity and a cinema room. There's a scullery with a laundry walk …
Today I went looking for a 2 storey floor plan to share with you. These can be tricky to find (good plans anyway), because you need to be able to visualise these. Sometimes it's hard to get your head around where everything will sit and where the stairs will be and how they look. There …
Now here is a floor plan which will speak to you! It's got just about everything you'd need. A nice open free form kitchen/living/dining with an awesome outdoor space. The two areas feel very connected. The scullery and laundry is perfect in my eyes, I love them together. The frontage is wide and the kids …
You'll have to squint to see this one today (sorry!), but I thought it was still worthy of a share. I like this plan! It's 5 bedrooms with 3 living areas, a workshop in the garage and good storage. Overall I'd probably make the home fractionally bigger (if it fits on your block of land). …
If you like a home which is a bit different, not run-of-the-mill and has some special features then this one is for you. What I love about the plan is the outdoor integration. It's almost like the outdoors is built in. I like the flow of this one with all bedrooms on one "wing" and …
This home pretty much has everything. It's well suited to most typical residential blocks. The master is on the front (this seems to divide people sometimes! - I like the master on the front though - do you?). The ensuite is good with the twin sinks and separate toilet. The walk-in-robe is a decent size. …
Happy Friday! This is such a great family plan if you have some space to build it on. The mudroom/laundry/scullery and then through to the kitchen would be fantastic! Plenty of dumping grounds before you get to the main part of the house. So school bags, shoes and groceries can be dropped off first. There's …
Happy Friday! Here's another floor plan you might like. This is different with all the living on the very front and the bedrooms/laundry grouped together on the back. It would suit a narrow block with around 15m frontage. The entry opens in to the huge open plan with kitchen/living/dining and a good sized scullery/WIP. I …
Here's a floor plan you might like today. Its focus is on the living/kitchen towards the front of the home with the bedrooms on the back. I know the living and lounge space is close together but some big french doors would be excellent in that area. Put some huge ceilings in this space and …
