Because I like to do things a little different around here, we have Floor Plan Friday again on a Saturday! ;) I found this new plan which has some cool features. First I noticed the media room with the dividing wall in the entry - nice! Then, I looked for the kitchen - which I …
I started looking for a plan with a butler's pantry, but in the process I saw this one - a modern split level home. I love the fact that the kids' bedrooms would be all upstairs with their own games room. This is quite a large home. The stair area would be very cool with …
This one is a little different - you might like this one! I love the theatre in the middle of the house - no windows! So it would be awesome if you love your movies. Click on the plan to see it larger. I also like the master on the back and the kitchen …
If you're after a big home with 6 bedrooms, I found this one for you! Click on the image to view it larger. If you look through all the details you can see it has a huge amount of storage - love that. I also like how the rumpus and all the bedrooms are together. …
Again I've managed to do Floor Plan Friday on a Saturday! I have been occupied beyond belief with this little thing. Boy, has he been a time waster! Fun, and gorgeous, but I've managed to get nothing done this week! Anyway, back to the floor plan. I think this one is good. I love the …
Ok, I am in love! Yes, I know I say that lots, but I have always loved "The Queenslander". You'll have to click on the plan to make it larger - it's hard to see when it's a landscape plan. Look at that verandah! And the front elevation drawing. Cuteness. A lot of people love …
Today for Floor Plan Friday I went searching for a 2-storey plan and found this one. It's probably a little fancier than most people can afford, but we can all dream right??! I loved it and would say yes to this in a heartbeat! The upstairs area is amazing with all the bedrooms and bathrooms! …

Hi! Here's another floor plan for you. This one would suit an acreage block. Click on the image to enlarge it so you can see it better. It's very different with the bedrooms being in their own 'wing' linked to the main house via a gallery. The overall size of the home is awesome! Would …
Hi! I found another floor plan for you. This is very American and comes from this company, but I liked the layout (the facade would need a little bit of changing too if it were mine). I like the playroom near the bedrooms. I also loved the drop zone when coming in from the garage! …
Hi! I found this plan last week - you might like this one. It's called the Monterey Nouveau Q1 from here. You can also click on the image to enlarge it. I know it's similar to a lot of other narrow houses, but I did think it was a good use of space. I loved …
