Hi, it's been a while since I shared plans with you all! I have a WHOLE huge category here. This is not my plan, my home or something I have drawn. The plan came from HERE (which you can buy!). I have a real love for twin gabled houses with a huge roof pitch. I …
What do you think about this plan today? Raked ceiling, open plan living, lots of space, large bedrooms with a study and an IT nook. I like it! The ensuite is huge, as is the WIR. Yes! What about the laundry? That may divide some people. But I like how the scullery is on one …
I really really like this pan today. Firstly, I love the width of the home and the position of the home office and theatre room. I also love the space in the kitchen area and the location of the laundry. I think you'd need some high ceilings in the living area and a bigger alfresco, …
I work with lots of new clients and help them to decide on floor plans, budget and things they must have when building a new house. A few years ago I worked for a building company, then had a break and went on The Block, and this year I've come back full circle to work …
I stopped at this plan today mostly because of the facade. I loved the little window on top and discovered it to be the master bedroom with WIR and ensuite. I could hide up there for sure! I liked the layout of the house overall. I would need the 4th bedroom and probably make bed …
I originally found this plan via Pinterest, but when I linked back to the company it wasn't on their website anymore, but I still wanted to share it with you! The building company is here though (so many other plans too). I was immediately drawn to the 'wings'. I LOVE a gallery walk-through area. They …
I've emersed myself in a lot of passive house designs lately. I've been learning about net zero carbon and positive energy homes. It will be a house I 100% build myself in the next couple of years. I found this plan above and really liked the layout. If you're interested in module/pod homes this works. …
Here's a really great family home which would suit a regular block of land (by looking at it you'd need around 20m frontage though). I like the space and layout with the living through the middle. Kids up the back and parents at the front. YES! Here are some other things I like: The walk-through from …
Today I am sharing this double storey Hamptons inspired floor plan I found. I don't usually go for the double storey homes, but this one is gorgeous. The facade got me! It's 5 bedrooms, with a study, games and rumpus. Check out the plan... It's a very basic layout, with not a great deal of …
I've loved this floor plan for a while. It was from a (now closed) display home in Griffith. I helped to choose all the colours and fittings. It features a kids retreat, study, walk-in-linen and all the necessities for a functional family home. What do you think? The plan came from here. (not my house, not …
Here's a large scale family home. Lots of living space, kids zone and storage. The bathrooms are large (there's a 2-way powder room) with 4 toilets. There's also a HIS and HERS (or a his/his, hers/hers!) WIR in the master. What do you think? The plan came from here. (not my house, not my plan) You …
If you're after a really good and useful home office then this floor plan is for you. Maybe you're even a hairdresser and can use this plan! I like the layout overall. Plenty of space. The kids can have their own wing with a rumpus and computer nook. Raked ceilings, skylights in the alfresco and …
