It’s a very basic layout, with not a great deal of fancy nooks and crannies which is good – and this is probably a very affordable double storey house build (although it is quite big!). I like the Master on the bottom away from the rest of the bedrooms. The kids would have their own space. Would you prefer that study to be downstairs? I think I would.
