I'm back with Floor Plan Friday today. I went looking for something a little fancier and a custom build. Because the same 4 bedroom plans are everywhere. It was time to look at something different! I like the entrance because the house has some shape. A flat front just does nothing for street appeal. The …
I found this plan when scrolling on Pinterest. I was drawn to the design with the home with kids rooms on a different wing. It's an impressive split level custom design. There's not much I'd change on this one! What do you think? The plan came from here. You can see my of my Floor …
Here's a nice floor plan for a normal residential block. What I immediately liked is the multipurpose room. It's an office and lounge area which has bi-fold windows opening on to the alfresco. I also really like the front verandah. You can see that below in the front elevation photo. That's a nice look and …
This plan is really good! If you like the idea of wide frontage with a wrap around verandah then this one is for you. The first thing I noticed were the high ceilings throughout the entire home with a huge raked area over the living/dining space. I was also taken by the garage in to …
Hi there! Thanks for stopping by today. Here's a floor plan you might like. This one has a prominent front with a porch which can be utilised as an additional outdoor area. The dining and living is free-form - so flows from front to back of the home. Not everyone will love this entry, but …
Here's a wide house plan you might like. The layout on this one is good if you have a lot of land. The wrap around verandah is a treat! The living has sliding doors opening to both sides of the verandah too. You could also add a bigger alfresco on the back. I'm not sure …

It's a great 4 bedroom family home with a study, activity room, scullery and an awesome alfresco area. The laundry might not …

Howdy! It's Floor Plan Friday today and I have this designer and spacious home to share with you. It's got a very different layout on the front and I really like how to home is built in sections. On the left there is the lounge/master and the right has the other bedrooms. It's separated through …
Hello! It's the weekly edition of Floor Plan Friday and today I have this large family home to show you. I am loving the master 'wing'. Yes, extravagant, but just perfect! I could shove my boys down the back of the house and never leave the master bedroom and my own verandah. Drool.... I also …
