I stopped at this plan today mostly because of the facade. I loved the little window on top and discovered it to be the master bedroom with WIR and ensuite. I could hide up there for sure!
I liked the layout of the house overall. I would need the 4th bedroom and probably make bed 2 and 3 slightly smaller so I could sneak a little office nook in behind bed 3 (opposite the theatre room).
The pantry could be a bit bigger which is easily done by adding a bit more space through that part of the home (the living/dining could always use a bit more).
