Now here is a floor plan which will speak to you! It’s got just about everything you’d need. A nice open free form kitchen/living/dining with an awesome outdoor space. The two areas feel very connected. The scullery and laundry is perfect in my eyes, I love them together.
The frontage is wide and the kids have their own “wing”. The gym looks cool (if you need one of those!) or of course it’s the 4th bedroom.
I like the study nook position, but it has no window so you could add a skylight here.
I’d LOVE a fire pit! Plus what about a HIS and HERS robe?? 😉
