Today on Floor Plan Friday I have this great house with a bar area, alfresco and pool. I love that space! See it? The bar opens on to the outdoor area? [click on the photo to enlarge]

The layout in general is pretty good too. Except the home doesn’t have enough bedrooms for me – but I could put one more in! The kitchen works for me and check out the pantry! Plus the laundry is in the perfect spot. I love the little courtyard and water feature. That’s pretty special. I also love as you walk in (and opposite the garage) there’s a walk-in-storage room.
