Stunning Sunday: Renovated double fronted villa for sale in Sterling, SA

Hi there! Thanks for stopping by today. I have this home to show you which is currently for sale in Sterling (Adelaide), SA. It’s a gorgeous renovated double fronted villa. It is prominently positioned on the high side of the road with picturesque valley views. What a dream!

The sandstone villa built in 1850’s has been carefully renovated to provide a perfect blend of the character of its era and modern style. Typical of its time it is hard not to be impressed by the generous entrance, exceptional central hallway, beautiful skirts, and ornate cornicing and plaster work. Providing up to five bedrooms, two bathrooms, study, and formal and informal living areas. Sensationally presented to capture the essence of family living yet providing grandeur and sophistication. Every room enjoys a colour delight from every window.” – Agent.

Take a look around…

I love the styling and that kitchen with the windows! The grounds are perfect and the floor plan looks like an easy flow.

Have a great day. ♥ KC.

Wow, what an amazing house, so many gorgeous features and rooms, could totally see myself living here 😉

Oh my goodness – I absolutely LOVE this!!!

It helps that it’s beautifully decorated, of course …

The kitchen has convinced me that double ovens are the way to go (we’re redoing our kitchen and have been umming and aahing over whether it’s worthwhile putting them in side-by-side … but vertically stacked like that looks fantastic).

PS: One small criticism … it’s just a shame that they didn’t do something with that rogue post (which I’m going to assume is structural) in the dining room) … it looks like a bit of a bumping-into hazard 🙁
