Hi, thanks for popping in today. I thought this floor plan would be great for someone who wants a separate studio area with it being on top of the garage, or I’d use that as the master bedroom. Tucked away from the kids! It would be a such a gorgeous, big, private space.
This home overall is quite large. If you did use the studio as a master, you could make the bathroom in BED 1 much smaller and insert a home office nook in that space. Just a bit of imagination and re-jigging could make that work better.
I think the windows either side of the living area would be stunning.
