This floor plan is quite good. It would tick a lot of boxes. The position of the laundry, the scullery and eNook is pretty good.
The Jack and Jill bathroom on the back would be perfect for kids. I like the proportions of the master area too.
The plan came from HERE. Oswald Homes does a lot of Hamptons style homes so you might need a few hours to trawl through it all haha. 😉
