Hello, welcome back to another floor plan! This time I have a generous 4 bedroom home to show you. There is lots of love about this home.
The storage is great with a perfect walk-in-robe in the master, a huge pantry and a walk-in-linen in the laundry. I like the study around to the side of the home with the cut-out so you can see in to the meals if you like. You could put a shutter on there to close the room in if needed (or even a fancy metal screen).
All the bedrooms have walk-in-robes too.

That’s a massive pantry, but the configuration is a bit iffy… The coat cupboard in the kitchen prep area? Other than that I’m a bit of a fan

This is one I’ve liked for a while although I’d be tempted to turn the study into a mud room of sorts

Wow, enormous. Love all the storage although I think there should be a coat cupboard near the front door too.

I do like this plan but I’d pushed the pantry/kitchen wall into the kitchen so that the pantry could be split into two spaces……the second space nearer to the garage for general family storage and linen.

I love the configuration of the study and the meals area (hello shutters) but the rest with a little tweaking for personal preferences make this a really good floor plan. Definitely one of my favourites!
