Here’s a simple but modern floor plan. It’s based on a 3 bedroom layout, with additional retreat. No wasted space in this beauty with unnecessary hallways. The whole house would be very open with the great room boasting huge raked ceilings. I love the scullery, bar and terrace area. It’s definitely suited to the entertainer. You could have a window splashback in the kitchen and build a vertical wall garden on the outside. I could also imagine a pool behind the terrace area.
The internet space is good too. I actually really like its position.
