So 2 elimination challenges are done.
This was the first time I saw their rooms as when I did my challenges all the other rooms were out of bounds! I must admit I am not loving them, but I do know how hard they worked and 24 hours is not really 24 hours as you get to sleep in that time. The pressure would have been enormous and both Polly and Waz and Chrissy and Toby aren’t from Melbourne, so like us, they didn’t know which shops to go to! There was no time to research or prepare. It’s reality tv and it would have been tough. Plus $5000 doesn’t go far when you are under the pump!
Tonight sees Rod and Tania and Chris and Carrie battle it out. This should be fun to watch!
I found this photo on my iphone. I was having a nap whilst waiting around in our dressing room when we were doing all the promotional ads and photos. Ha! This was taken at Dockland Studios and I don’t own those boots or pink top (I don’t wear pink!) – we had a stylist 🙂

I wasn't so keen on last night's rooms, much preferred the first night. I feel if would be fairer if all couples were judged against each other instead of 2 against 2 as currently I'd have put through both couples from Monday, but instead one of them missed out. Do you know what j mean? I'm looking forward to seeing the houses 🙂

    Enjoying it all immensely Katrina.
I was wondering when watching last night what your working hours were as they all seemed rested and full of energy.

I would have been making the most of the night and planning, planning, planning.

    Bring on Thursday!

Can't wait to see your room Katrina… have been waiting with bated breath for the season to start! Have to say, I liked the idea of the kids room, but it could've been executed better, but as you say 24 hours isn't long (and not really 24 hours). Go you!!!

Same as everyone else – last night's rooms were .. err… not good. If either of them were up against either from monday night, both of Monday night's would have gone through, and both of Tuesday nights'would have gone home. Dull, dull, dull..

Am loving the show though! – and I think you look *fab* in those boots and pink top – very sexy, lady-tradie! :p

Love that you can just nap anywhere anytime lol.
We have been doing a poll on the Decorating Forum each night for which room we thought should have won. Last night I had to add a 3rd option of Neither Room. Several members chose Neither. They were very average rooms. But we were most stunned that they didn't recognise the chair???
Fingers & toes crossed for Thursday. So exciting to see you on the TV:)

Katrina, what happens to all the furniture after the challenges? Is it given to charity?
