Today I wanted to introduce you to the new ‘Mediterranean Deli’ range by Always Fresh, a collection of authentic antipasto mixes. We’ve been trialling them at home and I can honestly say these goodies are delicious. This range includes traditional favourite antipasto mixes which have been thoughtfully produced in regions within Greece and Italy. They look amazing on the plate too.

My favourite would have to be the Sundried Tomatoes and the Chilli Olives. You can see the full range here.

I made this platter up on the weekend and took to a friend’s house to share around and enjoy.

I love the idea of just putting everything on the board! I always put my dips & olives in tiny bowls and then have trouble putting everything else on too! This is such a good idea!

Always a great sharo blue cheese with a lovely fruit paste. I also like to rotate lots of different dippers – lavosh, crackers, breadsticks. baked tortilla wedges, pumpernickel bread, mini toasts!

Mini bell peppers, stuffed with Feta, in garlic infused oil…….and home made of course. They taste amazing, and I like to impress with my nibbles platters when friends and family are over 🙂

Home made bread sticks. Covered in sesame seeds, and extra long for more enjoyment. I get immense pleasure from making them, and they present so well on a platter of assorted yummy goodies

I love my CHAR-GRILLED VEGETABLE BITES – and so do all my friends and family!… Char-grilled baby mushrooms, zucchini, kumara and red pepper pieces marinated in a rich BASIL dressing.
The bonus is any left-overs make a GREAT vegetable lasagne!
