What is your favourite time of the day?

Are you a morning person or a night-owl? Where are you most productive in the day? Do you jump out of bed and get going for the day, or are you up late at night pottering and watching tv? Me? I'm up around 5am most mornings and I creep around drinking coffee and blogging until …

Me?

I’m up around 5am most mornings and I creep around drinking coffee and blogging until my family surface around 7am. I get so much done! Sometimes I am desinging blogs first thing as my brain is clear and creative without any disturbances.

Sometimes I wish I was a night owl and enjoyed the evenings more. But, I never last long past 8.30pm. I crawl in to bed and watch tv for a bit before I zonk out. I am a nana!

So what’s your favourite part of the day?

Definitely mornings for me too. Usually up around 6am, seven days a week. Family asleep, no phone ringing, only the birds singing – love it!

I’m definitely a night owl…up until all crazy hours – but I obviously pay for it in the morning (especially with children who don’t sleep in)!! I don’t do the early morning thing very often but must admit I love that feeling of being up before the rest of the world 🙂 – it energises you! That pic is gorgeous!

I am definitely a morning person like yourself. Sit facebooking of a night in front of the telly while the men in my house watch their shows and up early with the washing on catching up on facebook with a hot cuppa and some nice hot toast.

Definately morning person. Not 5am though, about 6am these days. But the time of day I like the best is about 8.30am til about 11.30am, thats when I get the most done.

Pre kids, i probably would have said a night owl but now i’m definitely a morning person, my brain seems to slow down after 8pm. The kids have me well trained!

Well it’s 4.12am and I am reading your blog so I guess you could say I am a serious morning person. I wish I could alter my body clock to wake up after 4am but it just won’t … no matter how late I stay up. I am the same…I am crawling into bed just after my boys, understandably. I agree with the brain being clear and creative at this time. My brain starts working as soon as my eyes open. I sit on my deck and welcome the day. It’s a great time to be grateful, being blessed with another beautiful day. It’s a good time to exercise too, when you are all fresh and energised. I must admit, I am falling asleep in my broccoli at night though. Go with the flow I say. Lovely post. A-M xx

I’m definitely no night owl either, having a children has definitely brought out the Nanna in me 🙂 I much prefer getting up early and achieveing lots while I’m fresh and motivated. By evening, a bit of watching telly or reading a book and I am soon closing my eyes 🙂
