We went to the Mogo Zoo. Was a great day! We got up and close with the White Lions.
We happened to be next to the keeper when he was trying to get a pacing Lion’s attention. The Lion was fixed on something and he explained that he doesn’t like them pacing. It’s like they are trying to hunt. So he got a call from his boss on the walkie talkie while we there and a plan was hatched…
I videoed lots, but this was the moment a stray hunk of blood missed it’s aim and bits splattered on me.
Be warned, your neck may hurt while watching it as I DID NOT know that when you rotate your phone when videoing, the picture doesn’t rotate WITH you. Dumbo!
