Ha, ha, ha. I leave little treasures like that in the back of the car for a few days… they forget about them….. and then I do some recycling. Bad mother I know but you can only keep so much stuff! A-M xx

You are never too old, and it’s never too late to establish goals and chase new dreams! In fact, midlife could be the prime time to do this!

👉 You’ve gained clearer insights into who you are, what you want, and what truly matters to you.

The book is called Fast. Feast. Repeat. From it, I understood that it takes 28 days to reset your liver, after which you start seeing results. It has been a new experience for me, and I’ve enjoyed it once I figured out how to do it properly. I started noticing last year how awful I felt after eating carbs and sugar. Now, I ensure everything in my eating window is healthy, though not overly restrictive. It’s not a diet; it’s just a change. I am following a 16:8 plan and can’t push myself beyond that because it makes me feel awful. If you can understand the science behind it, it will help you. I have Crohn’s Disease, so this approach is making me feel much better, and I quickly lost 8 kg once I got past the initial “reset.” I’m no health expert, so I’m not preaching, just sharing!
