This one is tiny! It’s 900 x 2800. So you can’t move in there!

It had a lot of water damage (I knew this when I bought the house). So now that’s it stripped back I can see where the damage is. My chippy mate will come later this week and replace some of the timbers. It’s not a hard job to fix, it just needs a little bit of love.

The plumber is also coming on Tuesday for the rough in. I have bought pretty much everything for the space.

I have a super tight budget. About $3k and that should be done.

Oh, and I’m STILL waiting on the wet area VJ panels to arrive. It’s been 3 weeks already! Hurry up.

Here’s my moodboard for the space…

The sink is the Bajo mini from ABI Interiors.

The mini spout and mixer is also from ABI Interiors.

The shower arm is brand Nirvana.

Tiles and VJ are from Bunnings.

The mirror is from Temple & Webster.

The toilet is the Hanna Back to Wall Toilet Suite.

The vanity is going to be a bit of a DIY. It’s the ENHET cabinet from IKEA. It’s only 300mm deep which is what I needed. I need to put some side panels on it (maybe leftover VJ boards) and I will get a piece of stone cut for the top. It hasn’t arrived yet, so I will sort that this week.
