House 1:
Maddy & Charlotte designed a zig-zagging hallway along the bedrooms, incorporating a linen cupboard. While Neale was impressed with the execution, he felt it could benefit from more artwork, despite already having beautiful pieces by Emma Stenhouse and Holly Sanders. He suggested a mirror could enhance the space, making it feel larger.

House 2 (WINNERS!):
Courtney & Grant created a more open feel in their hallway, adding a seating area with Courtney’s Lazy Stylist Occasional Chairs and a stripe rug from Block Shop, which Frankie adored. Neale particularly loved the Equinox Brown Marble Wall Lights from Beacon, and the space was brought to life with stunning artwork by Theo Papathomas and Kylie Sams.

House 3:
Ricky & Haydn’s hallway is the longest, flooded with natural light from sun tunnels and featuring a linen cupboard. Neale praised the Hardie Panelling for adding excellent texture and detail. The hallway also showcased vibrant artwork from The Block Shop by Natalie Uhrik, though Neale wasn’t entirely convinced by the yellow doorway colour.

House 4:
Kylie & Brad styled a kids’ breakout area in their hallway, though Neale wasn’t too sure about this choice. The space included a lively artwork by Anne Marie Jenner and Kylie’s surfboard from the Surfboard Art Challenge. Everything was neatly stored in a stylish Lido TV Cabinet from The Block Shop.

House 5:
Kristian & Mimi faced a massive challenge with two hallways and a staircase. Unfortunately, the chaos of Hell Week prevented them from completing the space. However, Neale could see its potential through the few finishing touches, such as a trio of artworks by Kylie Daniel and a gorgeous bench seat from The Block Shop, which hinted at an incredible final result.
