More bang for your buck

Imagine our despair when we had the chance to pick our house and then be told only 3 days later that this may have been a useless challenge to win? We'd become attached to our house and didn't want to give it up! We'd started planning and spent a whole day shopping already! Wait until Polly and …

Imagine our despair when we had the chance to pick our house and then be told only 3 days later that this may have been a useless challenge to win? We’d become attached to our house and didn’t want to give it up! We’d started planning and spent a whole day shopping already! Wait until Polly and Waz make their decision…
Can’t wait for you all to watch tonight’s show. There are tears! Amie has a few and of course I burst in to tears along with her. This is where the cracks start to show and Amie and I learn some hard lessons about renovating.
I am reading Facebook and people are not liking this new format for The Block.

Well I LOVE it! What’s not to like? This year there IS the same amount of renovation broadcast on tv as last year. BUT this year we didn’t have to go off to work, so instead we did fun (and not so fun!) challenges.

*edit* I’ve just been told there is going to be MORE renovation shown than last year. Over double! This is good!

I think this only means 1 thing – more bang for your buck! 5 nights a week of a program that shows MORE renovating than last year. This lets you watch a much more entertaining and personable tv show. You really get to know us.
I’m lovin’ it.

I am loving watching you guys!!! You two are the most fun! My husband said to me last night: "no one can get voted off this, can they!? Like, they don't kick anyone off?" And I said: "No, I don't think so…"
"Oh good, cos those sisters, they're heaps funny!"

the previous series lost me very early on. but i am getting hooked on this one, so the format must be more appealing to me. and i love watching you and your sister on it. you are my favourite "couple" and i think the reason i have started to watch this series. hope they don't pick your house tonight x

I am loving this series more than the others – but maybe that is because I have renovated a small terrace just round the corner from where you are now, and never an apartment block in Sydney! 🙂

I think I would be bored if it was the same format as previous years :/

Oooohhh, that Polly and Waz !!! Whilst I am certain they are lovely peeps…..they are such game players.
I have organised myself sufficiently to have my block time uninterrupted this evening to give my full attention.
Go Katrina and Ami !! 😀

I didn't watch the last series, but I am seriously addicted to this one – it's all set up as autoview/series link thingy on IQ with me. I'm loving it. It's entertaining and pretty exciting (I really hope you get to keep your place by the way).

You and Amie are doing a great job so far on The Block. It's totally understandable about the tears from tonight's episode – I would have been frustrated as well about the fireplace. Fingers crossed all will work out…Can't wait to see the room reveal!!! Ange

Lovin the show Katrina! I do agree with some of the coments on FB saying that there is too much recapping but in the end thats just part of a reality tv show.

    Goodluck with your fire place!
