I give you a tutorial on how to edit your Navbar and Pages tabs on blogspot

Howdy! Today I will give you a quick run down on how to change the Navbar (Fat Mum Slim showed a similar idea here) and centre your Pages tabs on your blogspot blog.     The code you need (which I talk about in the video) is below. Just copy and paste it.   Navbar #navbar-iframe{opacity:0.0;filter:alpha(Opacity=0)} #navbar-iframe:hover{opacity:1.0;filter:alpha(Opacity=100, …

Thanks for sharing this K – I had a genius web designer do my layout but the tips about centring the pages may be something I use in the future.

A quick question about blog comments.
Is there a way that when I post a reply to someone’s comment on my blog that it automatically sends it as an email to them?

It should automatically send an email to them anyway. It doesn’t for you?

The navbar. I managed to get the page tabs working. I took the code out of the HTML that fatmumslim told us about last week to hide. Then when I put your code in the navbar came back (after about half an hour). It was there for about 2 minutes on the preview then when I viewed it was gone. When I hovered the mouse it didn’t reappear but a little white box came up saying go to blogger? So confused;)

I tried it n both blogs and it did the same on both, although only the one blog had previously been altered.

This is great Katrina, thank you! Little things I wouldn’t have even thought of but make the blog look so much tidier and nicer. Off to make the changes now! Btw I love the video tutorial idea, soooo much nicer to hear your voice!

    My Navbar is still there?
I’m not sure why. I already had it tranparent light but would love to hide it altogether…
I did it twice with the code. Still there.
I really frustrate myself sometimes. ;o)

Thanks so much Katrina, I have long wondered how to centre my tabs! I’m going to have a look through your blog to see if you’ve done a tutorial about centering the logo/banner – this has long been taxing me….. 🙂
