Have you made your own cleaning products yet? You must give it a try 🙂 I’ve been doing this for the past 18 months and it’s been saving me lots of $$, plus they do such a good job, so why would I go back to using harsh chemicals around my house? Bad for your health and environment!!
Here’s a graphic I created to help you on your way to making your own cleaning products. You don’t have to make one of everything. For example, the germ/toilet spray would work equally as a surface spray and bathroom spray. Just give it a try and see what you like best. Cleaning products are so cheap to make once you have a few basic ingredients. Each bottle will cost you only a couple of $$ to re-make when you’ve finished using them. That’s soooo good!
I have lot of other cleaning recipes over here.
You might also like to find out where to buy glass jars and bottles.
Plus some other tips on what to buy if you want to start making your own low-tox products.

This is a great list. I have never used witch hazel in natural cleaning products. What benefit does it add? Does it mix poorly with any other ingredients? (like bleach and ammonia)

I think these are all great recipes BUT if you have cats or other animals in the home please be aware that essential oils, especially lemon, can harm them greatly if inhaled. Do your research before exposing animals to these recipes.
