Here’s a 4 bedroom floor plan where the master is at the front and 3 bedrooms are on the back. I like this plan. It would suit a narrow block, but it’s built perfectly to allow a good entertaining area with the pool and alfresco.
The long entry to the front door is a nice feature. The garden along there would be stunning.
The master opens out on the alfresco. If you don’t like the ensuite on the front of the home, just flip that with the bedroom (but of course then the ensuite wouldn’t open on to the outdoor space).
Note though there is no dining space? The kitchen island would be it. But I guess the reason for the stunning alfresco area is to encourage you to live out there. If you did want a designated dining space, then you could extend the house backwards to accommodate that and reconfigure the hallway to the bedrooms.

I think it’s a really good plan. One I would consider for myself but I would probably switch the living space with the media room to create more of a division between the public spaces and back bedrooms.
