You must visit the site where I found this floor plan. The facade on this one is what originally got me in (oh, and the loft!). I like the free-flowing living/dining space which is really open. You can enjoy views from all angles. I'd make the master bathroom bigger though. And get a bigger pantry …

I’d make the master bathroom bigger though. And get a bigger pantry in the kitchen.
I love the HIS and HERS wardrobes. The ensuite wouldn’t work for me personally. I’d need to re-jig that. You have to walk through the shower to wash your hands (and there’s a bidet).
I really liked the idea of a loft – you can see the stairs behind the garage.
