Hello! It’s Friday again and you know what that means… another floor plan! Today I have a plan with the family/dining/kitchen positioned on the front of the home. This is great for a suburban style house which has a view – maybe the house is up high, or you can see the beach or a park.
Bedroom 1 is on the back of the home. It’s a great size with a sliding door outside. The other 3 bedrooms are all together with an activity room adjoining.
I would put the laundry on the back of the garage and create a storage/mud room to go with it. There also needs to be a walk-in-pantry too for this size home.
