Hi there! Today I have this family home with a study to show you. The plan is a great size and would suit a normal residential block. The 3 kids’ bedrooms are to the front of the home with the master being behind the garage. The master’s WIR and ensuite are a good size. I like the activity off the other bedrooms with a storage room too.

It has an excellent sized kitchen and laundry. The study is near the majority of the living so if you work from home you can keep an eye on everyone there, or if the kids are using it you can also see what they are up to.

What do you think about this plan? I have a HEAP more over here too.

I found the plan via this website but it doesn’t look like the company is building it anymore.

ooooh I really like this one!!!
Only change I wojuld make is to bring the study wall out in line with the front hallway – gain a little more room in there 🙂
