I’m back with Floor Plan Friday today. I went looking for something a little fancier and a custom build. Because the same 4 bedroom plans are everywhere. It was time to look at something different!
I like the entrance because the house has some shape. A flat front just does nothing for street appeal.
The walk-through of the pavilion room isn’t my favourite but it does mean there is no wasted space with hallways. I love the glass either side of that room – what a treat! The room would feel like it’s floating with a garden either side.
I like the kitchen/family/dining. That flows well and to the outside.
I’d make the bathroom slightly bigger or change the layout a bit because it doesn’t seem sufficient enough for this house.
