The kitchen/pantry/laundry layout is perfect.
Overall this is a pretty good plan for a residential block.

I love these posts! After I study the floor plan in hop over to the linked site to squizz the decorator pics. It’s like reading a book before you see the movie….what I envision can be so differently interpreted by the interior designers for the display home. The landscaping of this one took my breath away. Stunning!
