Hi there! Here’s a 4 bedroom + study with Alfresco in the middle. I quite like the entry – how you can see through to the back of the outdoor entertaining area. It’s a good sized home (even though the plan looks small!), but it’s a 4-5 bedrooom (depending on how you need to use the study area). It also has a huge butler’s pantry and media room. You’d probably need some sort of skylight in the kitchen.
Check out the walk-in-robe too – that’s enormous!

Amazing how small the house looks in the drawing, when it’s obviously quite large. I’d be looking at a different drawing/drafting layout if I was trying to sell the floor plan!
