Hi there! Today I thought it was time I shared a 2 storey home with the living on top. This would suit people who have a view, like the beach!

The unique Fairhaven floorplan has been designed to maximise views, with the kitchen and living areas on the first floor.

The master bedroom is on top with the living and all the kids could sleep downstairs. They even have their own lounge room.

This home has lots of different facades to choose from, but I liked this modern take…

I bought a 2 storey house last year that has the master upstairs and we have added 2 extra bedrooms downstairs- is similar to this one. We need to redo the 2 bathrooms and I want to rip out the bath upstairs and have a bath in the downstairs bathroom. My issue is that we have 2 extra bedrooms upstairs so 5 in total. If we were to resell a family would buy and you would most likely put older kids downstairs. How would it go with little kids living upstairs and the only bath being downstairs- I know small things but bathrooms are expensive and I want to get it right

it’s really unusual to have kitchen and living upstairs because it’s heavy to bring up all the shoppping. but thanks anyway.
