Make your own night serum/cream! I’ve been using this combo for about 8 months now and I love it. No artificial fragrances or chemicals are sitting on my skin all night long. While I know it’s hard to become NO-TOX (because I still like sunscreen), you can easily reduce the toxic load on your body significantly.

Grab a 30ml glass bottle (here), add some essential oils and top with fractionated coconut oil.

How to

  • 5 drops Frankincense – excellent for cell regeneration and pigmentation.
  • 5 drops Copaiba – it can be very useful in healing and soothing skin irritation or inflammation.
  • Top up with Fractionated Coconut Oil – colourless, odourless and has excellent absorbency properties. Perfect for sensitive skin, babies and is a natural product.

Each night in bed I lather all of this over my face. It’s soothing and hydrating.

If you’d like to know more about how I use essential oils in my life head to this category.
