House update: that wall is happening!

Howdy there! You know that wall I have sort of been carrying on about? Yeah, well it's happening baby! First we started with a frame, which got changed and tweaked, but now I am starting to see it come together and it WORKS! This is what I call the front - tv on top fireplace …

Howdy there! You know that wall I have sort of been carrying on about? Yeah, well it’s happening baby! First we started with a frame, which got changed and tweaked, but now I am starting to see it come together and it WORKS!

wall2

This is what I call the front – tv on top fireplace underneath and couch in front of it.

wall1

This is the back – a fancy clock on top (?) and fireplace underneath. Wanna see it better? Sure you! Scroll down….

wall5

Ta-dah! See it? Ok so to the right of the picture that will be the kitchen.

wall4

A close up. Shelves will go in the side gaps.

wall6

Here is the back. The dining table will go between the back of it and the back doors.

wall7

Those doors on the left – that my office. It’ll be a really pretty one that is integrated in to the house. 2 (maybe 3) work stations, storage, shelving. I am really excited about it. I work from home obviously so I didn’t want it tucked away.

wall3

And this is the other lounge room. 2 symmetrical doors either side of tv on the wall and some sort of cupboards underneath. I’m a bit obsessed with symmetry can’t you tell?? Ha!

So fix-out is happening. Today I think that starts. Whoop!

Have a good day! I’m off to Sydney to attend a High-Tea hosted by McAfee and Life Education to learn how to keep our kids safe on the internet. Can’t wait! See ya…

Argh…I have severe built in storage jelousy! Looks amazing and cannot wait to see it in it’s finished state. If I could just borrow a part of it, that would be awesome!
