I really really like this pan today. Firstly, I love the width of the home and the position of the home office and theatre room. I also love the space in the kitchen area and the location of the laundry. I think you’d need some high ceilings in the living area and a bigger alfresco, but overall this is a good plan.
I’d like a little more storage and I think the master WIR is too big so on the back of that you could add another linen.

I love your site!!! I’m in SA – Cape Town. I have taken note that you love house plans – so do I, so much that I am in the process of design a “new build” that I am hoping to build next year 🙂 However, thanks to our love of design, I am busy working on the 3rd design / layout! It is a mind blowing mission when you have the internet at hand! The last time I built was 20 years ago – The world and the products available have changed soooo much, but what must a girl do exept go with the flow and get some intense / fast training – LOL
If you come across a single story, town/house villa type, please let me know. I’m looking for a 4 bed so I can turn the one bed into an office. (I am an embroidery designer & programmer & I’m busy with a new range that I’m selling through a stock
design co. in the USA). I also need to get in at under 240m2 and that’s including fitting my “white elephant” 10 seater dinning table into – The impossible? Take care of yourself and thank you so much for your amazing site!
