Boho is big. And it’s overtaking the Scandi fad I think. What do you reckon? It’s our love for indoor plants and macrame which is taking pride of place in our living rooms. I think a bit of Scandi can also be mixed in with this style. The greys and whites still work well. Maybe there’s a new style emerging – can we call it Scandho?? 😉

I’m a little more in love with Boho than Scandi. It has a more relaxed feel with rattan, natural timbers, lived on cushions and some more colour.

The style will also come down to your personal preference of course. Scandi is a bit more streamlined and neat, whereas Boho has more layers and textures.

Are you Boho or Scandi?

I’m not scandi but do like boho. My house aims for boho coastal. It’s a great look for family. Nothing is precious and worn loved stuff fits right in.

I love both styles and would have a hard time choosing between them – so ideally I’d marry the two in some way – retain the minimalist scandi aspect and add boho textures for interest and to soften the overall look.
