I’ve been using crystals and oils over the last few months to lift mood and energy levels. They aren’t a substitute for proper medical care, so please only use them as an assistant. My boys roll their eyes at me, but truth be told they do ask which oil can the use and they do have crystals in their bedrooms (so secretly they love them!). 😉
Last week I had my girlfriends over for a few drinks and a night in. It was hilariously fun. I haven’t had the energy to do that in quite a long time. Since my colostomy surgery (I am also still taking proper medication for that too) I have been determined not to fall back in a heap and am doing everything I can to keep my energy high. And it’s working! It really is. I have been busily manifesting, clearing the air around here and using little crystals and oils to keep me going.
I have said this many times before when I have written about the use of crystals… I feel that energy creates energy. So if they make me feel good, and I believe, I shall receive.
If your vibration is low at the moment you could try a few crystals to carry with you daily, or put one in your room, or in a space where you like to spend some quiet alone time.
Here’s a few crystals you might like…

Lepidolite
This purple stone absorbs negative thoughts, especially obsessive ones, and works to open the throat, heart, third eye and crown chakras. It works to stabilize mood swings. Emotionally, it’s a very calming stone that aids sleep and balances excessive energy. It helps you to stand in your own space and speak your truth. Reduces stress and depression. A stone of transition, calming and supportive during deep emotional distress.
So there we go… a few crystals I would recommend to you if you’re not feeling so great at the moment. We all want something to believe in, something which makes us feel good and I can’t go past a pretty crystal to help with that. Conveniently, you can buy these in my shop most of the time too! ? If they are sold out, I will always be getting more, so keep an eye out.
This is also a good post to help you work out what/where to put them.
