Maybe you’ve got the block, but it’s narrow and you want to decent size home on it?? Today I found this house plan which would suit just that! No scrimping on floor space. This cleverly designed narrow double storey floor plan is a beauty. It’s 3 bedroom with 2 living spaces, huge master bedroom, lots of storage, 2 and a half bathrooms plus a study nook. Open up that staircase and you’ll feel like the home is ginormous.
The plan would suit a block with rear lane access due to the position of the garage. Or, if you had views out the front then of course you’d want the front to be facing those.
The laundry is very big though when looking at this plan. Maybe that could be reworked a little?
