When I see warehouse, exposed brick, concrete floors and herringbone I have to stop. I have to click through every single photo and ooooo and ahhhhh. Today I am sharing this one I found which is currently for sale in Mount Lawley (northern suburb of Perth) Western Australia. I just love a warehouse. But after reading the description, this isn’t even a full warehouse conversion – the home was actually built in 2016!
While this stunning dwelling looks like it could be an old warehouse conversion that’s been given a modern renovation, it was actually completed in 2016. Inside the warehouse conversion feel continues, with the entry flowing into a spacious open-plan kitchen, living and dining with white-painted feature brick walls, polished concrete floors and 3m high exposed concrete ceilings that meld the industrial feel with a distinctly Scandinavian influence. With an abundance of natural light and timber-framed windows and doors that overlook the lush, landscaped garden, the home has a wonderful warm, inviting feel. – Agent.

Did I mention I love the ceiling panels in the main part of the home?

Wow! That concrete floors and ceiling look amazing. You’re right, it sure does look like a warehouse conversion.
