Here’s a big 4 bedroom contemporary floor plan. I think it would serve a lot of purposes – a family with teens, Grandma living with you, or a great space for frequent guests…
So, as you can see the guest room has its own bathroom and WIR. Bedroom 2 and 3 share a bathroom (which is not accessible for the rest of the house), but a WC is in place for visitors to use.
It’s a bit different with the kitchen and hallway behind, but I love the lounge room. That could possibly be sunken?? The dining on the front… not sure, what do you think?
The outdoor space is stunning and you wouldn’t say no to all of that entertaining area. Overall this is a very big house.
If you didn’t want that huge guest room, you could chop that room up and add a Study in its place. OR, replace the Dining with a Study, and the Rumpus becomes the Dining, with the Guest room being a Rumpus area + a 4th standard bedroom… Did that make sense? Ha! 😉
What do you think?
I found the plan here, and check out all of my other favourite plans too.

Like the design but would take the guest for myself change the master pushing the wall back the a 4th bed and giving more entertaining area outside take out those privacy toilet walls hate those (much bigger bathroom without them) as I have 3 teen daughters, if wanted change garages into guest for grandpa and have separate garages

I like this although I would need to add a scullery somehow

I like it but I would swap the master with the guest room.
