I’ve always admired homes with a loft! Since I was a little girl I’ve dreamt of owning a home with a cute little upstairs area. When I saw this plan pop up, I knew I had to make it part of my Floor Plan Friday posts.

This plan is pretty good all round I think. It’s got good balance, good storage and would suit my family. What do you think about this one? What would you use the loft for? A study, or kids area, or a sitting room? Or even another bedroom?
