If you’re like me and have an abundance of children and animals all congregating in one space, you’ll need a large sofa with a dark colour fabric to cope with possible stains! Two of the Harrison would work well and it’s also made here in Australia. I love symmetry so I’d buy two of the same!

Or for another hardwearing sofa you could fall in love with the Gordon shown in natural brown cowhide leather. This is one of OZ Design’s best sellers.

If you have a lounge room which isn’t overly used, then you might go for something special with a lighter coloured fabric (like the Monti above) and use accessories to jazz up the space.
