10 fun DIY projects I found on the web

In my travels over the web this week I have found some really fun and awesome DIY’s for you to try. There are confetti candles, watermelon serving trays and even copper pendant lights!

How cute are these Funfetti Candles from Beth Cakes? A super fun gift idea or craft activity with your kids. The supplies would be quite cheap and you may already have them in the cupboard.

I couldn’t go past this DIY Copper Pipe Icosahedron Pendant Light from The Gathered Home. You can create your own for around $50 – all you need is a black pendant light, some copper pipe and copper wire.

I love a bit of neon to brighten up the home. Rachel Mary created these awesome  Neon Triangle Photo Frames with paint, plywood and a couple of A4 photos. A group of 3 in different sizes would look great on a side table.

As you can tell from my Instagram pics, you know that I always have a bit of foliage around the house. So when I saw this DIY Leaf Art from Monster Circus, I knew I had to share it with you. You’re only limited by your imagination with this one – you could even use flowers instead of leaves.

 A Watermelon Serving Tray! Oh So Beautiful Paper have created this fun and bright DIY project with paint and a wooden chopping board. How cool is it? It’s perfect for a summer BBQ.

Here’s those versatile copper pipes again. This DIY Copper Pipe Side Table from The Home Depot is on trend at the moment. Its geometric design and metallic hues make it the perfect side table for your living area or even your bedroom.

Keep your handbag and keys at the front door with a DIY Pegboard Wall Organiser from The Merry Thought. The natural timber and clean lines will look perfect in almost any home. You can create it as big as you need and add more shelves if needed.

These Metallic Salt & Pepper Shakers from Brit + Co will take you literally 10 minutes – 15 tops if the phone rings! The secret is a roll of metallic copper contact.

This Raised Planter from Monster Circus is the perfect mix of clean and minimal with the raw and natural timber. A great DIY to display your favourite succulents.
