We’ve returned home from the mini-break [wasn’t exactly awesome]

Here I am looking glamorous! I started out with a nice tie-dyed dress and then as it turned cold the layers were added! I'm back.... Just a quick post! While I had a lovely time, my husband didn't. He spent most of the time in bed with a temperature due to a toothache. Of course there …

I’m back….

Just a quick post!

While I had a lovely time, my husband didn’t. He spent most of the time in bed with a temperature due to a toothache. Of course there was no emergency dentist clinics within 100km of where we were so he had to tough it out. He chewed painkillers like lollies. We jumped in the car early this morning to head back to Wagga so he could get it fixed. As I type this I am happy to say he had some work done and is feeling better for now. We’re waiting on some x-ray results, but hopefully they will be ok!

Don’t you hate that though? We booked this trip with 20+ of his family members in February and was so looking forward to it! He did manage a happy face for a few hours here and there poor thing.

I’ve taken waaaaaaayyyy too many photos! Might share a few more tomorrow…

Yes, I’m wearing The Block hat! I caught a couple of fish. I am always the winner when I go out on the boat! No one catches as many as me haha!

My babies and I. ♥

    oh no, your poor husband!!

This looks like such an amazing holiday spot, despite the sore teeth! That is always the way though, as soon as you plan something and look forward to it, something terrible is bound to happen!
    There’s always next time.

Oh what a shame, hope the tooth is ok. Looks like it would have been a great weekend.

Hey lovely, sorry to hear Mr Chambo was not able to participate in the long awaited family holiday. There is nothing worse then just wanting to be home and you just can’t be.
Can I give you props for going out on a boat as the only adult and catching a fish and wrangling 3 boys….

Hi love! Thanks for popping over. Oh no I didn’t go on the boat on my own, he did come along but he sat very quietly! Haha! You know, I reckon I should get my boat licence! 😉

Love that last photo of you and the boys! And as for the first photo – you look totally comfortable – which is a great thing! Sorry to hear hubby wasn’t feeling well on trip – would have put a damper on things! Nothing worse than a sick male on holidays…I know!
