This is where I live – Wagga Wagga

Here are a couple of new videos about Wagga Wagga! See, we're not THAT small after all, but small enough to still enjoy the country.

I lived in Wagga as a child, and still have friends and relatives living there now .. nice spot, but bit hot in summer for me.

Ah, I have fond memories of Wagga (and Albury). I travelled to both a far bit for work, back in the day, when I used to work in sales and marketing for Country Comfort. I remember when Country Comfort took over management of the Old Wagga Inn and when I used to drive up from Melbourne, there was quite a bit of hostility towards us city folk. lol. But it is a very pretty town. I love the station. That’s a beautiful old building.

Memories! We used to go to Wagga a lot when I was a kid as my Aunty and Uncle lived there for about 10yrs. I loved the park with the train ride and the diggers in the sandpit and we could walk to Lake Albert from my Aunty’s house. My first time on an plane was flying to Wagga – excitement to the max for a little girl!

Your home place “Wagga Wagga” is truly beautiful and I love the way people welcome the visitors. Anyway, there is no other place like home and this place is a perfect home.

I spend every Easter in Wagga with my in-laws.My kids love the zoo and new playground and we always walk along the river just past the Civic Theatre to feed the ducks. My husband grew up there and is super proud of his Wagga-Waggan roots 🙂

I remember when I was younger my parents took me to Wagga Wagga – always remember that name! I found it boring, well not many things interested me when I was 7/8 years old. Would love to return to ‘relive’ those memories and think I would appreciate it a whole lot more
