I found this little gem during the week and the real estate agent has labelled it an Urban Masterpiece. It’s 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom and is located at Burraneer, NSW (in southern Sydney area).
The styling is very different and very cool. I love it! It’s very minimalist (what I like to call The Josh & Jenna Style!). Price is on application but go here to see more of the home.

Hmm a masterpiece? I get no ‘feeling’ from looking at this place. I couldn’t spend one minute in that bedroom as it reminds me of a prison cell (not that I’ve been in one). However each to their own. If minimalist was the look or feel they were going for they definitely achieved it. The view is great!
