Hi there! Today for my Stunning Sunday post I was sent the link to this magnificent Church renovation by a reader (currently for sale in South Melbourne). Isn’t it grand? Look at those ceilings and windows! Look at the height of the kitchen…
“Award winning c2001 renovations by architect Simon Swaney contributed stunning living, dining and entertaining areas, accompanied by a contemporary kitchen with a huge butler’s pantry and substantial cellar, to ultimately flexible dimensions featuring at least four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a range of study, office and recreation domains. Design flair, city sights and total adaptability define a property for which the term ‘unique’ is entirely, enticingly appropriate, surrounded by MSAC, Clarendon Street, tram routes and Albert park village.” – Agent.
What did you think? There’s a lot of furniture though! Here‘s where you can see more. Also, if you love real estate then I have a whole category over here.
Happy Sunday! ♥ KC.

Huge inside.

I love it! Gosh those windows, imagine looking at those everyday. Heaven. But you’re right, it’s distracting looking at all that furniture. Cull before selling is my motto!
