How good is a before and after? Check out this stunning renovation! This home had some serious work done and I couldn’t believe my eyes.

Expansive open plan living and dining with timber floors and a study nook opens onto a north facing courtyard with alfresco dining space and a backyard with landscaped garden, incorporating a sleek kitchen appointed with stone benchtops, Bosch induction cooktop and ovens and integrated dishwasher. Two bright bedrooms feature built in robes and period details, with a main bedroom including additional walk in robes and elegant ensuite with double vanity and rain shower. A second bathroom benefits from rain shower and separate freestanding bath, while an additional powder room includes a European laundry. – Agent.

Scroll through these photos to see the transformation. The styling is PERFECT too…

The home is located in Prahran, Vic and is being sold by JellisCraig. All images are owned by the agency.

Sad to see the loss of that lovely little window and hall arch and corbels … as well as the original fireplaces.
Surely they could have been incorporated with some nod to the Heritage of the home?!
Shame to see them gone altogether.
