Have a look at this beauty! Would you build/buy a home like this? Blending with the natural surrounds this contemporary brand new home caught my eye when I was trawling through the real estate pages.

Designed for comfort and practicality whilst maintaining aesthetic excellence the property features, a visually arresting exterior of vertical timber boards with contrasting polished concrete render finish and a light flowing interior with spacious high-ceiling rooms and quality inclusions. Indoor and outdoor spaces merge effortlessly with expansive, black commercial grade sliding doors and windows throughout the home integrating entertaining areas. – Agent.

Check the photos below…

I really like its simplicity. The square set cornice and doors to the ceiling are a stunning feature. How would the maintenance go on all the timber? That might be an issue down the track.

Have a fab day. ♥ KC.

I’ve had it with timber. We had a large deck out the back that in 10 years turned to poo. And it wasn’t crappy pine either. Now my life consists of brick & concrete ????.
The house is very simplistic and a design of our time.
