Red is always a favourite in my house.

I know I take a lot of photo's of this lounge room, but it's the one I fiddle with the most. This room has undergone many facelifts which you can see here and here and even here! I truly love white, but I also LOVE a splash of colour and this is my favourite lounge …

I know I take a lot of photo’s of this lounge room, but it’s the one I fiddle with the most. This room has undergone many facelifts which you can see here and here and even here! I truly love white, but I also LOVE a splash of colour and this is my favourite lounge of all time. I have had it for years and will not part with it.
I have lots of red in my home. Maybe I should post a RED photo day next week? Hmmm…will see if I can get motivated!
Oh, and I have been messing around with these photos…just for fun to see what they would look like.

Thanks to everyone who commented or emailed about my bedroom. You are all so nice!
I actually painted my bedroom furniture about 18 months ago. I did blog about it back then, but I can’t find the post to show you. I painted it with the intention that if I didn’t like it, it would be an excuse for a new bed (haha!), but I really like it. However, the reason for the change was that I had white and pink bedding on it, and it was time to update.

I also have neglected to answer a couple of questions in previous posts…..
Anna – thanks for your advice. My sheets are a seagreen colour (which you can’t see in the photos I think), the 2 frames above the bed are the same colour and am looking at finding cushions in this shade to go on my ‘eventual’ lounge in there. Also Anna, I live in Wagga Wagga NSW.
Siobhan – I only live on a small town block on the edge of town in a new subdivision and the block size is about 950m2. So 25 conifers will frame one side and the back. They should be here this week.

Onto more projects – my desk SHOULD arrive today. I have also been busy in the kids playroom and have painted the whole room very dark and moody. Will show you when done.
