This little fella, aka “Bubby or Bubbia” desperately needed a wash and I knew Chevy would not agree, so I snuck him onto the clothesline after a good thrash around in the machine in the nude (pants next to him thank god – we lost his t-shirt years ago. And this would be a whole other post if there were no pant’s as Chevy is rather obsessed with everything’s anatomy!). I brought him inside after drying and presented him to the boss of the house (a 3 year old) and he grabbed him with a smile, sniffed him and said “oh I love him”. The preciousness of that exclamation made my day. He really does love his “Bubbia” unconditionally 🙂

Oh Bubbia looks much loved…I had a frog which I wouldnt go to bed without lol. A smelly old frog which was old and tattered once I finished with it. My parents bought me every frog they could find hoping I would let go of my frog but nothing ever got close…its funny looking back at photos and seeing me clutching onto my frog lol!

Thanks for your comment on my treasures…they are very old pieces and in such good condition…Im loving them to bits!!! I also picked up a sideboard in the same design and maker and I have had the matching desk for ages now so im a lucky girl 🙂
